MedStar Health chose Sky Design to help in the design, messaging, and launch of an associate survery. The goal of the initiative was to compel employees to complete and return a survey. “Powered by You” emphasizes a key MedStar brand differentiator—a belief in the power of its people to drive excellence.

Over 30 leadership and associate hands were photographed in active hand gestures and used throughout the multimedia campaign, adding a personal, playful touch.

Created for use by various teams in MedStar locations across the region, the toolkit and other materials included posters, flyers, table tents, cue cards, stickers, plasma screens, floor clings, promotional giveaways, online art, and email headers, just to name a few.
